The C.L.U.B. is a drop-in program for caregivers and socialization for seniors with memory loss and stroke victims. It is designed to give caregivers some much-needed time for themselves. For the participants, it is a social time in a safe, loving environment. Participants keep active physically and mentally through a variety of stimulating and fun activities. The C.L.U.B. is funded by Area 4 Agency on Aging.
C.L.U.B. is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:30 to 2:30 and Wednesdays. Suggested contribution is $30 per day.
Program Highlights are:
- Socialization
- Music and sing-alongs
- Snacks and lunch
- Craft projects for the community
- Short walks and exercise
- Intergenerational activites
The C.L.U.B. program is made possible through grants from Area 4 Agency on Aging, the City of Rancho Cordova and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
